  We had another GREAT experience at this Verizon location today thanks to the wonderful service from Jake. We were all over the place with the questions that we had, and not only did he follow along with us, but he was able to help us with things we didn't even know we needed help with. We didn't feel pressured into anything we didn't want, and were given a lot of good information to make the most informed decision about how to move forward with our plan. We very much appreciated his straight forward, respectful, and FUNNY manner. He knew how to work well with our kind of crazy, and it was a great interaction. Matt was also very helpful, and we would totally go back when we need to upgrade and ask more random questions about our plan. We promise to know all our passwords when we come back! Thanks again!!

  This place is amazing. I work around the corner so I probably come here more than I should. But they are always so nice and helpful. fixing issues, switch phones. Also very courteous and just a pleasure to talk to.

  The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I went to get a phone case and screen protector for my phone, which Allen( who was amazing) installed for me. Thank you so much for your help. I will be referring all of my co-workers to this location.
