  As an owner of a small business I am hyper vigilant of the type of service I receive. I need to say I was pleasantly surprised with Norristown's Jewelry Exchange. I bought a diamond necklace for my fiance for Christmas and the process was nearly painless. I was shown several options from a variety of price points and given ample time to make my decision. In of itself, these were enough reasons to have made me a happy customer, but the true test for any merchant is service after the sale. A month later she had a minor issue with the chain and they went out of their way to exchange the piece (going as far as special ordering the replacement). They spent as much time and effort keeping me a happy customer as they did making me one. I have found my Jeweler for life. Bravo!

  So we went in to Jewelry Exchange looking to replace my wedding band that I lost at a softball field a few years ago. David the sales rep was so approachable. Down to earth. Was on the page with “us”. Steve was beyond helpful in getting us what we were looking for. Left with one Wedding band in hand but was so happy with the price the service. Ordered another to pair with my set. Two thumbs up. Definitely would recommend!!!

  We walk into the Jewelry Exchange not knowing what to expect. Eva greeted us and she was very welcoming. She was very knowledgeable and no pressure to buy. Most of all I love my ring!!! I highly recommend talking to her if anyone is interested in any product Jewelry Exchange has it.
